This device pre-wash the potato andtransport them to peeling machinery.

This cutting machinery can cut the potato to 1.5mm thickness chips with good quality

3. bubble washing machinery

this machinery can washing the chips with bubble water

4. Blanching machinery

this machinery use steam to heat the water and blanch the potato chips

5. Vibrator dewater

this machinery can distube the potato chips and remove the excess water

6. air drying machinery

this machinery can dry the potato chips with air

7. frying machinery

We use the large size continusous frying machinery for frying chips.

It use external heat exchanger and gas boiler

8.Vibrator deoiler

this machinery distribute the potato chips and remove the excess oil
