The frying line is characterised by its simpliCity and efficiency, multiple oil injections are available in the frying kettle which helps deal with potatoes of different quality. After the oil outlet, the frying oil is fiLDered and re-heated before it is again injected into the frying kettle. The frying kettle is equipped with automatic oil add-up systems which compensate for the oil pick up by the product.Over the years our equipment has been recoLDized for durability, reliability and service.
