Application

This machinery is the key equipment on the chocolate process. It is the key equipment among the chocolate . It mainly use for regulate chocolate syrup temperature. It consist of the control system and electric box, include the tempering center, cold water & hot water recycle system, temperature sensor, electromakeetic valve, refrigerator, heating .

This machinery controlled by micro computer, the center is the vertical LLDe stepless speed regulating tempering, the chocolate pump continuous feed the syrup into the tempering center, thus can ver the chocolate syrup evenly, according to the chocolate process Technology, to regulate and control the temperature at every section of the tempering center accu, therefore to guarantee the demoulding and have stable crystal, thus to improve the chocolate quality.
